Join us at Austen’s Shelf on October 18th and celebrate the coziest season of the year surrounded by book lovers.
There’s just something about fall that makes you want to fall in love with a good book.
The crisp air. The leaves turning gold. A warm drink in your hands. A cozy sweater. A book you can’t put down.
So we decided to bring all of that feeling to life.
Falling in Leaves is Austen’s Shelf’s first-ever autumn romance book festival a cozy, bookish Sunday in downtown Bordentown filled with romance, authors, books, makers, treats, music, and a little bit of that Stars Hollow magic.
For one day, the street in front of Austen’s Shelf and the Walnut Street area will become a little autumn book town, bringing readers and book lovers together for a day that feels nostalgic, romantic, and wonderfully cozy.
Come spend the day wandering through a collection of local authors, bookish vendors, makers, small businesses, and cozy autumn treats.

Do I need to register for the panel?
Yes! Registration is required to attend the panel, and spots are limited.
Do I have to purchase a book to attend?
You do not. Some of our authors' books will be available for purchase at the festival, while others must be purchased when you register for the panel.
Which authors' books will be available at this panel?
Books by Christy Schillig, Linny Mack, and Lily Parker will be available for purchase at Austen's Shelf during Falling in Leaves.
What Tina Gabrielle's book?
Tina's book must be purchased when you register for this panel. If you'd like a copy of her book, simply select it when registering and we'll have it set aside for you to pick up at the event.
Can I bring a book from home?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring one additional book from home for the authors to sign.
If you'd like additional copies, you can purchase available titles at the festival, while Tina's book will need to be ordered through the panel registration.
What if I only want to attend the panel?
That's perfectly fine! Just register for your spot.
Where is the panel?
The panel will take place at Austen's Shelf Tiny Bookshop during our Falling in Leaves autumn book festival.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable, so please make sure you're able to attend before registering.
